Versa data randomly clears itself on app and watch

I noticed that my calories burned, active minutes and mileage would disappear. My step count seemed to update normally but everything else would appear on the watch and without warning reset to zero. For example my step count at one point was 12K and my mileage would be 5 miles but upon checking again moments later; step count would be 12K but mileage would be zero. Same for active minutes and calories burned. Is there a fix for this?

Hi, two things:

1. Try restarting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons

2.Are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, could you send me the name of it?
