Today, all of a sudden, my Versa just died. I’ve owned it for about 1.5 years and never had a problem before.
I tried charging it but it gets very hot and the screen is still black.
I also tried resetting it with no luck - pressing 2 buttons, pressing 3 buttons, doing it for up to 5 minutes until my fingers went numb - nothing.
I contacted customer support and they emailed me back saying that I am not covered by the warranty, as 1 years has already passed.
I asked them to let me know where I can send my Versa for repairing (covering the expenses myself) and their answer was that they have no repair centers.
So, what am I supposed to do now? Buy a new one? I can’t believe that is the “solution” they’re giving me! I even bought the Aria scale, but after this kind of customer care... I’m really disappointed. If I had known that it would last me less than 2 years, I would never have bought it.
Anyone else with a similar problem?
