Fitbit versa has been working fine since I got it at Christmas 2018 but it last synced at 1pm today where it said it had medium battery. I went swimming and now it won't turn on, there is condensation on the back glass sensors and a little red light. It won't charge, and does nothing when I try and reboot or factory reset. Its been plugged in for hours and still nothing. How do I get to customer support?
