Versa dead

Hi my versa has died once again! Has anyone else had problems with Versa? This is my second - first was replaced about 6 months ago now it has died also. No screen - nothing at all. This morning I tried the reboot holding all buttons and worked intermittently for an hour or so but now nothing again! Am considering replacing with either an apple watch or Samsung watch. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which of these is better?

Hi @NettyF , I really do understand your frustration and idea to move to another company. But mind this: the Apple watch is twice the price of a Fitbit Versa 1/2 with a very limited battery life, max one day on one charge when used normally (I know because my wife has one) and the same accounts for the Samsung ones (although they have a longer battery life than Apple but still not near a Fitbit), but of course it's your choice. I would advice to call Customer Support and if you get a replacement and this one also goes "down the drain" , consider another brand. I use Fitbit Devices now for more than 5 years and never had any problem with one of them, which I was not able to solve myself (Surge - Blaze - Ionic - Versa - Versa 2).

.my versa will not take a charge.  It was low battery last night so I put it on the charger.  Then noticed this afternoon instead of being charged it was completely dead.  I tried a different charger a different plug.  Took the band off so nothing would get in the way, nothinf
