Versa declining calls

I am able to decline an incoming phone call on my Versa, but it doesn't end the call on my phone. Is this something that is able to be fixed?

Probably, but since your asking about a problem with your phone,, could we at know what type of phone.

Better yet it would be helpful to edit the title to include the phone model.

Since we are on the Versa bord, the Versa could be left off and a title of " trouble with declining calls on the phone XUZ" would be helpful.
