Versa deleting steps continuously

I got my Fitbit Versa on April 11th and so far it keeps deleting steps throughout the day when I sync.

I checked my phone, I don't have mobile tracking enabled, I tried resetting it 2 times but it still does it.

Earlier today I had 3200+ steps after I went for a walk and when I synced it to my phone (which said 2100 earlier), now it's saying I only have 2574 on my app and Versa, even after my walk.

I know I can log my steps manually but is there a way to have my Fitbit stop deleting my steps?

Also, I go into a lot of challenges and if I log my steps it doesn't apply to that.

@Ozmatrix Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa deletes your steps. Your Fitbit tracker resets back to zero every midnight in order to start tracking your steps for the new day. In order to avoid losing the steps, you need to sync your tracker before you go to sleep so your steps can be save on your Dashboard.

If your Versa loses your steps during the day, make sure that your tracker has the correct time zone on your profile settings of your Dashboard. If the time zone is correct, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. Finally, monitor your tracker's behavior during the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
