Versa dies every 3 to 4 hours - won't reboot

For 3 days now the Versa dies every 3 to 4 hours. It won't reboot unless plugged into the charger. The battery is fine and the charge never drops below 60% - it has no chance to, as the Versa is dead again.
While mine is black - it should be lemon yellow......

Dear FitBit, thanks for checking with me. After a new failed attempt to fix the problem with the support of your friendly and competent representatives on the phone, the problem could not be fixed. FitBit was nice enough to replace my Versa. Thanks again, JerryNYC
