Hi, your first sentence is logical cause you were probably out of the BT's range. When you're in reach again, it depends on your Fitbit app settings if it syncs automatically again or not. But the message to turn on your BT is, besides that is totally nonense, should be something like: "BT issues, do you want to disconnect form BT and reconnect" or the like. The way Fitbit connects with your Versa is via BT. So enable BT again. Go within the Fitbit app to the page that also shows the Clock Faces, Apps tiles, etc. Directly underneath that you will find the possibility to "Sync", which also tells when this happened for the last time. If that is a while ago, press the sync icon and see whether it syncs with your Versa. Directly under "Sync" you'll see the option "Continuous syncing" and enable that. This should lead to resyncing of the Fitbit app with your Versa when you have been out of BT range for a while.

Hi, close your Fitbit app on the phone, disable BT and restart your phone. Wait a minute or so and enable BT again and restart Fitbit. Maybe this helps.
