I bought my Versa on Black Friday, so almost a month ago, and I am having screen issues. It will be extremely pixelated and then green lines run all through it. It was fixing itself but now it isn't. I have tried to restart and nothing is working. I'm pretty upset I just bought this and it is already messing up!

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. Upon checking with our support team, I was told that you followed our friend's recommendation and contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution.
