Versa not receiving notifications

I just purchased the versa and successfully paired it with my Galaxy S8. Everything is syncing; however, I cannot get any notifications to show. No texts, calls, etc. My friend has the exact device and phone and hers works without issue. I have the notifications on and within the app it does not give me any text or call options to be turned on....any help would be great. Otherwise what a waste of money.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Is your watch receiving notifications now? If it isn't, you can try the steps in the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.

Hey @Pyromedical95, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit forums! If your Versa is not getting notifications from your Samsung Galaxy S8, I'd suggest you to take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone
