Versa display corrupted

Hi!

 

I have used my Versa for 6 months now and no issues so far. I use and wear it very carefully, meaning I haven’t done anything harmful to the device. The thing is that the screen suddenly changed into vertical greenish stripes, and no clear image or content can be seen. I tried to restart the device, turn it off, but nothing changed. Please kindly advise me in this situation. Thanks!

I am having the same issues. The screen seems pixelated and after it wakes and shows the time, the screen fades to a greenish circle around the time. It has also been loosing its charge quickly and dies in less than 24 hours.
