Hi, I just recently got a Versa Fitbit and it isn’t tracking my sleep like my Alta used to. It only tracks the last few hours or the first few hours or maybe a few in between. How do I fix this?
Thanks!

@Memesheehan Do you have any sleep presets enabled, e.g. bedtimes? Please clear them as they're known to cause such issues. Also, please reboot your device several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears.

Hi I tried your solution and it did not work... watch said I slept from 3:45- 6-45 totally incorrect. I’m ready to send this thing back and start using my Alta again. ☹️

@Memesheehan Could you please attach some pictures so I can take a look? All of these can be taken from the Fitbit mobile app:

Yes I finally called Fitbit. They are sending me a replacement. Let’s see if this one works or else they can have it back and I will go back to my Alta HR that works just fine. The Versa was a gift. Thanks for all your help!
