First, I recently updated my Versa with the recent hardware update. My Versa has had a few mishaps in the past week; not logging and exercise, trouble connecting to phone during exercise, grossly inaccurately measured heart rate, stopped measuring heart rate, now the screen is flashing.
I have turned it off/on three times and changed the clock face per suggestions on other posts. Nothing has worked. I suspect a bug in the update. Please help Fitbit!

Hi @Greenlynn, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Since you already tried some steps to no avail, I suggest you to try our factory reset procedure following the next steps and let me know if the issue persists:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Thanks for your reply, RicardoFitbit.
I also contacted Fitbit support for help and got the same procedure from them. After the factory reset, the screen still flashed and it was not picking up the heart rate. The lights on the back of the watch were no longer on.
About an hour later, the screen went black and now it is completely non-responsive. The factory reset bricked my Versa.
I haven't had any trouble with my Versa until the update about a week ago. Now I am left with not even a working watch. Please advise.

Screen isn’t flashing, however heart rate no longer displays, I’ve performed the factory reset (twice) and same results. Also deleted iOS version of app and reinstalled. No help there either. Suggestions? Is it possible to rollback to previous firmware version?
