My Versa display has been misbehaving for quite some time. Most of the time it's black with an orange border. All it needs is a Harley logo. Just when I'm about to throw it into the ditch, it starts behaving again. Today I discovered that if I squeeze it hard, I might get the clockface inside of the orange border. This seems to suggest a connection problem inside the unit that has reached pandemic proportions on this forum. Resets aren't going to fix that. Any suggestions on how to really fix it?

Sounds like it needs replacing, probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
