my fitbit versa is on and on the app it says it is full charged. yet nothing on the screen is showing. it is just black and bightens up but there is no logo shown or time. its all blank

@kayyla It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa's display isn't working. Try cleaning the contacts including using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device and see how it behaves.
