Versa display went dim

Recently the display on my Versa is very dim. Any way to fix this??

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.  But first, make sure your Brightness setting is not set to Dim.  That setting is reached by swiping left to Settings and Brightness is the top one.

Ok, so this is happening to me and I cannot change the "Brightness" setting off "Dim" - it's there, but ghosted/unselectable.

Brightness was greyed out for me when I activated sleep mode. Make sure sleep mode is off. Hope this helps.

My "brightness, do not disturb and screen wake" displays are all dormant and I cannot find a way to activate them, can anyone help me please?

Same with mine.  Rebooting several times does not help.  Display is dim and in "settings" the brightness,sleep mode, do not disturb, and screen wake settings are greyed out and unresponsive to touch.

Im having this same problem! It was fine one day and now all of a sudden its really dim. All my settings are correct and I have restarted it and still nothing.. Looking for some advice too!

Make sure your “sleep mode”is off, that fixed my problem, hope it works for you 🤗

sleep mode was on , cannot believe customer service had no idea what was wrong.  thanks so much.  is a bit confusing have to tap on and that turns to off🤔

Thanks for your reply. Tech support gave up eventually and offered me a 35%
discount on a new fitbit. Meanwhile, I did a complete factory reset,
uninstalled my phone app, deleted my fitbit off the website and then
reinstalled everything and it works! Display is bright and battery now
holds a charge for several days.even with HR and GPS on. I'm disappointed
in the fitbit tech support efforts and would never buy another fitbit if I
couldn't have made it work again. But no worries because it works for now
and I don't have to spend anything.
