Versa displaying nothing

Versa is practically brand new and nothing but clock face will display.. forexample: when I swipe up to view today’s stats, a black screen appears and the same thing happens when I swipe to try and look at my apps... it’s still counting steps etc but I can not see anything on the watch.

Have you tried a restart? (Press and hold the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs, until you see the fitbit logo).

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart using the following procedure:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Ionic, or Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

 It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues.
