Syncing issues with my Versa

Have looked at various topics, do not see one relating to phone keeps syncing, very annoying, also, tried to restart and or reboot with buttons, but no go, any help much appreciated

Hey @Dstaples, welcome aboard! Thanks for trying some steps to sync your Versa. Since the issue persists, I'd like you to tell me which device are you using to sync your Versa. Have you made sure that it is a compatible one? You can check the compatible devices in this link.
