Versa does not hold charge

My versa will not hold a charge at all. I've charged it to 100% and the charge only lasts about two hours, if that. It takes forever to turn on after it has died. I've already tried a lot of the troubleshooting concerning battery life.

Hi @emmyfluman  Have a look at THIS Help Article on Battery Life and see if anything there helps. If nothing helps your Versa is probably dying and all you can do is contact Support.
