Versa does not show sleep stat until synced with app

I noticed my Versa does not display any sleep stats unless it's been synced on the app. It's as if the tracker actually needs to sync the data from the app, before it can be displayed. Is this normal? I would think that the tracker would generally contain all of the summarised data without the app (since it's suppose to track).

Does this happen to you?

If it helps troubleshooting;

Versa Clock Face, Minimal Style (Lee Doel)

Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure about this, but I always figured that the data had to go back to the main database to get analyzed to determine stages.  If not, why would it require 3 hours of sleep to get stages if they were determined right away on the go?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi JohnnyRow, would you mind sharing the article on its minimum 3 hours sleep requirement to compute sleep stages? Never knew they needed a minimum 3 hours to capture sleep stage. Have always thought they'd be able to run the data directly to the tracker.

Does the delayed sync/update on your tracker happen to you too? Am more curious to know if this is normal or if I might be wearing the tracker wrongly.
