After receiving a notification my Fitbit Versa does not timeout. The notification stays on screen until I swipe up and then my watch will remain on until I press the button to lock it. Thus, causing my battery to drain quickly. How do I fix this?
my settings are:
10 secs timeout.
manual screen wake.
i have done the following troubleshooting:
reset
hard reset
Turned all mortifications off and synced. Then turned notifications back on and synced.
And have reconnected Bluetooth.
trying to avoid factory reset since this versa is two days old and a replacement for my first Versa.

If you have done a proper Restart several times without cure, Factory Reset IS the next step which you can do by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.
