Versa does not vibrate at all

Hi,

I have a versa which I haven't used in a few months, and put it back on now. I found out it doesn't vibrate anymore at all. I tried a factory reset, and I tried whether or not the vibrationmotor still works with the timer. I just won't vibrate. When I hold the watch close to my ear I can hear some sound coming from it, but it won't vibrate in any way. Does anyone know what to do?

Hi @Mandytje86 - I suspect your vibrations were inadvertently switch off. To check, try this:

• From your Versa clock face, swipe to the left until you see Settings. Tap that.
• Select Vibrations. Try setting it to Strong.

If that does not help, try this:

• From the Versa clock face, swipe down to see what looks like two levers. Tap them.
• Check the settings there. You can find more details there.

I had a similar problem with mine.  You might try holding down the one button on the left side.  It will come up with screen wake and notifications.  Make sure both are on.
