Versa doesn't complete pairing

My Jabra headphones were working.  Now, my Verss says pairing Jabra Elite and my headphones are saying they are trying to pair...but it is not completing.  I've shut off both devices and my phone's bluetooth...but it still doesn't work.  Suggestions?

@Jrmcluskie..you are trying to pair both devices to your phone? not the headphones to your versa.. if it is to your phone, you may want to first check that your current bluetooth app (installed on your phone) allows for the pair to be paired at the same time. I have a Samsung 9 and I can not have a tracker and headphones paired at the same time. If you can have more than one thing, look up instructions on how to clear your bluetooth cache and start over...

Thank you. Yes, I tried all that. I spoke with Fitbit and apparently the
update caused the issue. They are working on a new update asap.
