Versa doesn't receive notifications

I bought a Fitbit versa a 2 months ago and I was very pleased until it stopped receiving notification.

I do receive the calls, but I can't receive text messages, whatsapp, gmail or calendar anymore and I don't know why.

It says I need to restart my phone but I've done that a thousand times and it stays the same.

I've done everything, restarted the phone, restarted bluetooth, turned off the notifications, and still nothing.I don't know what else to do. Can someone help me?

It's a little bit frustrating since I only bought it 2 months ago.

I wondered if the reason for no notifications was your phone, and it is not on the Supported Devices List and I have read of others having difficulty with Xiaomi phones. Notifications seem to be one of the things that some unsupported phones struggle with.  All you can do is go through  THIS Help Article on troubleshooting notifications and hope there js somethjng there that will help.

Edited to add that I forgot to say that unsupported phones may or ,ay not work, and may work for a while, but when something changes (usually an update to tracker or phone), something that has previously works suddenly stops working.

But it was perfectly fine for the first month. If the problem is the phone, I don't think It would had worked ever. Again I think. Yes, I've done everything on that list and still nothing.
