Hello there @LesWain, welcome to the Community Forums. I'll be glad to help you with you inquiry about your Versa not registering your sleep data.

Please note that sleep stages are based on heart rate data, so make sure that you're getting a solid heart rate reading , since sleep stages requires consistent HR. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight. Also, double check that your watch is charged up.

Additionally, I'd recommend checking the following that could be preventing you from receiving sleep stages:

  • If you used the "Begin Sleep Now" option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed).
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.

For more information about why you see your sleep pattern, tap or click the sleep record that shows your sleep pattern.

You can find more detailed information at: How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? and What should I know about sleep stages?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

I started having the same problem yesterday.  First my Versa stopped syncing, then when I finally got that to work my sleep portion completely disappeared.  It's not on my Versa, not on my app. I have reinstalled Fitbit on my phone. Installed it on my brand-new fire tablet, still not there.  Also, my steps an my Versa and what shows on my Fitbit are way off.

Can't figure this out.

My versa has started to miss nights too. Twice this week it’s not recorded anything. It’s in the right place on my wrist and records my heart rate, so I know it’s working through the night. Very annoying because this was what I bought it for.
