Versa doesn't show the clock face I select

My clock face keeps switching. It will display the one I’ve selected for a few seconds, then defaults to a plain one that only shows date and time.

Hi @Jlhook, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the clock face you select, reverts to one that only shows date and time.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that you are follow the steps that are listed in this help page when changing the clock face. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the clock face you select doesn't get changed.
