I was so excited to get the Versa as a birthday present from my kids but other than telling me the basics (time, steps, heart rate), it's worthless for me. It took 5 HOURS to finally get my music downloaded AND then the bluetooth wouldn't sync with the watch. Went to Best Buy who got it synced, woke up next day and it won't connect to the bluetooth earbuds even though it shows as available. I just walked 3 miles and it won't sync the workout to my watch after restarting the watch and restarting my phone. I'm so disappointed

@MzMari I am sorry to hear you're having issues with your Versa. Which phone model do you have, what operating system are you running? Also, which version of the Fitbit firmware and Fitbit mobile app are you on?

I have a Samsung J7, just updated it a few days ago. Not sure how to check the Fitbit firmware version I'm running.

@MzMari On your versa go to Settings and scroll down to About. Tap it. The version number is listed on top. Regardless of the version, have you tried rebooting your tracker several times? You can do that by pressing and holding together the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.

I think it may have something to do with the phone. I just upgraded to a Galaxy J7 Sky Pro (basically a Galaxy J7) and checked the "Supported Devices" list before upgrading. All I could find was a Galaxy J, which is several revs down from our versions. It doesn't mean that you won't be able to use the phone to sync, but you may not be able to use features like "Quick Reply".
It also doesn't mean that your phone will never be supported. With technology evolving so much, Fitbit is constantly testing phones to add to the list. While they may not announce which phones they're testing, you can keep checking that list to see if the J7 has been added.

@MzMari Please try this steps:
1. Go to your phone Bluetooth settings and forget (remove) Versa from paired devices list.
2. Shut down your Versa by opening Settings on your Versa, scrolling down to About and tapping Shut down.
3. Restart your phone. Make sure the Bluetooth is on but do not re-pair Versa from within Bluetooth settings.
4. Turn on your Versa. Once the clockface appears, open Fitbit mobile app and force sync.
