It's really getting irritating. Once the watch gets disconnected with the phone for any reason, it just WONT sync. I left my watch at home one day and wore it back in the evening and it won't sync. And I will NOT factory reset it Everytime it disconnects! Rebooting also doesn't work. O have Google pixel and really fisappodisap in Fitbit. If I can return it I would love to return and NEVER use Fitbit ever again! Such waste of money!

Try to turn your phone off and on and then try a restart your Fitbit, you'll find how to do a restart on pg. 68 above
