Versa stopped working completely

My Fitbit Versa has completely stopped working. I’ve had it for about four months and recently I could only get 2 days worth of charge out of it (without using the apps on it). Now the tracker will not turn on even when I hold the the left and bottom right buttons down for 10 seconds. All I get is a gray screen with multicolored stripes. 

Very disappointed.
