Versa doesn't update sleep information.

Hello, My fitbit versa will not update its sleep information on the device itself, but shows on my iphone, please help.

Just found out why... its the dumbest reason ever! My iphone, since the battery is a little bit crap, is always in low power mode, (background app refresh is therefore off) so it never auto-syncs to the fitbit, and now, since it does, (i've taken it out of low power mode) it now auto-syncs. Problem Solved.

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times and also restart your phone and see if that solves your Sleep problem,

Are you checking your device after you see sleep on phone app?  Sleep info is not available on device until after it has synced back to the Fitbit database, so probably is not visible immediately on waking.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
