Hi Everyone,
I’ve read previous questions in relation to conducting a Factory Reset on my FitBit Versa however there is no ‘Settings’ button on my app.
I go in to the app and have a choice of Account Settings or App Settings.
Once I’m in Account Settings I have a choice of: Authorized Devices, Change Email, Change Password, Delete Data, Delete Account, Restore Your Purchases and Manage Subscription.
Once I’m in App Settings I have a choice of: Time Zone, Units, Start Week On and Location.
I have uploaded photos to show you.
Any ideas why I can’t reset my Versa or how else I can fix this?

It is 'Settings' on device itself, not on app. But I caution doing factory restart if you are trying to fix a problem. I've seen it cause many problems but solve few, if any.
