After taking all day to complete a firmware update, my fitbit app is still saying that a firmware update is available! What's going on? How do I get this notification to disappear? I've tried force closing the app and restarting the phone. Any ideas? Also, massively fed up with having to remove the device from Bluetooth, turn off Bluetooth, force stop app and restart my phone Everyday for my fitbit to connect with my phone, and 95% off the time there are no phone notifications on my versa, anyone have any info on preventing this?!

@Thomasn85 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't showing its firmware update as complete on your Fitbit app. Try restarting your Versa then go to the app and retry the update and see how it behaves. After this see if the banner disappears (sometimes it just need to complete a small task and then it will show that the update is completed). Regarding the notifications you can try these instructions.
Let me know how it goes!

Thank you for replying. I tried what you asked and it has seem to have done the trick, however, syncing is now intermittent, and actually the widget shows recent and regular updates but the app /dashboard isn't showing the same sync time and info!
