Versa frozen screen

My Versa screen is frozen showing 0 and null for all information. It is; however, transferring information to my iPhone App. I’ve tried resetting the watch several times to no avail. Please advise.

Try a different clockface, preferably a fitbit one and see how it goes. Letus know.
