Versa has a snowy screen

Help! My versa, less than a year old, has a snowy screen.  Can see nothing but white specs when it's on. I wear this 24-7.

Restarts aren't working.  Keep getting snowy screen

Thank you for your efforts to resolve this by doing a restart. I recommend switching to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face by following the steps from this help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

I am on a fitbit clock face. The watch actually looks like this today. It will do nothing. can't swipe screens or anything.

Sorry, it won't allow me to attach a picture. it looks like a full moon in the center of the watch.
