Versa has died

My Versa's demise started with it not saving my workouts....I went through all of the help advice. Restarted; deleted app and downloaded it again; re synced to another device-nothing; tried to reinstall and it said "abort." Yesterday time was 4 mins off and then it just died, no green lights and it was charged at 81%. I'm pushing the left button and it will not restart. Now what? I haven't had it a year yet!

My Versa stopped working to after the updated this morning. UGH!!

My Versa also died after the update last night. I too tried all the suggestions for restoring it but nothing worked. My Fiitbit is less than a year old ,so I really believe the upgrade had some to do with it dying.

I contacted the support line through chat and after a little chat they are sending me a new Versa!

was the New Versa a New one or an refurbished one?

I went ahead and just got another versa. I loved it it wasn’t complicated LOL and I really miss having it. Good luck with whatever you choose😊 stay safe and have a great day

i chatted with service and after a half hour of chatting I was given the option of a new Versa or 50% off another model. I’m getting another Versa. Worth the phone chat for sure. Good luck.

This is what I received in reference to was it a refurbish Versa:
