Please can someone help. I love my versa and had just under a year. It was 90% charged I know as I had just checked and when I looked again I have nothing, no screen whatsoever. I have tried a soft reset and tried holding all 3 buttons down and nothing at all. Please help

I did the holding of the buttons is there another way of resetting?

Hi, yes. Go to the settings of your Versa, press it and scroll down to "Device Info" , press that and scroll down to "Factory Reset" and press that. Once you have done that and it solves your problem, realize that your Versa is brought back to the state where it was when it still was in the factory (brand new) and needs setting up with your phone all over again.

Hi, the here is the three button way: press and hold all three buttons together untill you feel a strong vibration, might take about 15 secs) and then release only the right lower button. When nothing happens, indeed contact Customer Support.
