Versa has no swipe

Hi all

Woke up this morning and my versa seems to no respond to any swiping or touching. 

 

Cant swipe up down left or right. In have tried the multiple restarts and have also done a factory reset but still no swipe.

 

I have had my Fitbit for just over a year now I believe.

With all the trouble shooting you have done, @Agenti , I would suggest you now contact Support

@Agenti welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the swiping issue that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that they provided a solution.

The only solution they provided was a discount code to buy a new watch.

 

I think its ridiculous that I spend almost $400 on a watch and just over a year the touchscreen stops working overnight and the only solution is buy a new watch. 

 

Fitbit your quality has gone to the dogs. It's a shame to because you have such a nice community. 

 

I won't be getting another Fitbit sorry.

@Agenti I'm sorry for the late response. I'm also sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup.
