My Versa's last sync was Sunday morning. For no reason I can think of it hasn't synced since. Yes, I've tried all the suggested steps to get it back, but nothing's working. Totally frustrated. Can anyone help?

Ive done everything suggested and been trying all day.
it just keeps spinning when it gets to ‘connecting to tracker’ stage.

It's difficult to recommend things to try without knowing what you have tried already. If you really have tried everything then what's left for us to suggest?
Both phones mentioned are on the list of supported phones so that's good.
The usual steps to try are:

The usual steps to try are:
- restart phone
- restart fitbit (several times)
- forget fitbit in phone's bluetooth settings
- go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/
- and finally, as it says in that guide, if it still won't sync then contact customer support

Then it's probably best to contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com
