Hi, first time user of a fitness tracker so please bare with me... I have the Fitbit Versa and have been tracking my activity in the gym via workout mode in exercise programme. I generally do cardi Then onto weights, is the workout mode the best one to use to track whole workout? Or am I supposed to track each but e.g treadmill stair master then weights?.. or am I ok just tracking all this on workout mode? Apologies for long post x

It depends on how you want to see it on your dashboard. Some like to see they did treadmill then weights..
If you dont care that they are lumped together than use worrkout mode
