I have had my Versa since May. I have had no issues with syncing until now. I have had other issues, but no issues with syncing. In fact, my Versa was performing well for the past few days and sending notifications for phone calls and texts. I had hoped that all was resolved
well, last night it would not sync. This morning it would not sync. I went through all suggestions. Finally I called customer support and spent 49 minutes in the phone with them. All they could do was read me the script that my phone was not compatible....remember, it has synced just fine since May. With customer support’s advice, I loaded the Fitbit app on my IPad and synced that way. So I can at least sync the Versa.
However, I can no longer sync with my phone, so I have a $200 pedometer. This is beyond frustrating.

Did you recently update the app?

I am on Android Fitbit app version 2.74.2 and have been since it was released. This version solved the mobile data issue. Now the sync issue just occurred last night, fitbit had been syncing fine until last night.
I did uninstall and reinstall the app this morning as part of my extensive but ultimately useless troubleshooting.

Mine stopped updating last night too. I made sure it was fully charged. Turned phone on and off. Nothing is working.
