My Fitbit Versa has stopped working.. it doesn’t track my heart rate, record active minutes or sleep and won’t notify me to do 250 steps.. I have rest the Fitbit, downloaded the latest version of the app. But still no luck. It’s been like this for about a month now 😩 Any sugestion on how to fix the problems

Hi, after restarting the Versa and DL the latest version of Fitbit app, does your Versa still show up within the fitbit app? If yes, disable the BT and WiFi of your phone and restart your phone an d the Fitbit app. Do not enable BT untill Fitbit tells you that it cannot sync with the tracker caue BT is off. Enable BT ans see if Fitbit starts syncing with your Versa.
