My Fitbit Versa has not connected to my phone in 4 days! It is charged. Bluetooth is on. Location is on! Nothing will help me sync it to the phone! Says I haven't had any steps in 4 days?

Hi, does it also not sync when you start the syncing process manually from the Fitbit app? When not, restart your phone and restart your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. hope this solves your problem.
