I purchased Versa yesterday and keep on having problem on connect to my iPhone. It sometimes works but it suddenly failed. I tried to restart both the watch and iPhone, but problem still exit.
i can’t believed Fitbit developed so poor watch!

Hi @Thomaslui, good to see you in the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering if the issue persists? I saw you have tried some troubleshooting steps on your own
If the issue continues, try to reset the Fitbit app:
1. Log out from your Fitbit app and double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app, log back in and try again.
If the issue persists, try to set up your tracker as a replacement on your Fitbit Dashboard again. To have a reference for this, use the following post here.
