Versa heart rate has been reading much higher than the actual rate for about a week now. Had this problem last year. Tried resetting with help over the phone even. Was told then it was a bug and when enough people complain an update would be sent out to correct the problem. If anyone else has this issue could you please post or let customer serviknow to resolve the issue with an update please?!

Thanks for responding. I contacted support and tried to resolve issue. Unfortunately I was told my warranty was over. I do believe the problem is with the app on my iPhone , not the watch. It is not calculating the heart rate correctly. Any advice? I did delete from my phone and download again.
