Versa heart rate & activity issues

Hello friends, my activity and heart rate aren't working. I no longer see the green flashing light on the back of my Versa. I'm thinking of sending it back. I did get a warranty with it. Any other suggestions?

If you are having issues with your heart rate sensor, I recommend checking if this option is "On" by swiping to settings directly from your watch and set this to "On". Now about your exercise being synced, I suggest taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
