Hi @PujaP , is the green sensor light at the back of your watch on? If yes, try the following:
1. Go to the settings of your Versa and turn HR off.
2. Restart your Versa three times with the two buttons method.
3. Go to the settings of your Versa and turn HR back on.
4. Sync with your Fitbit app.
