Versa high BPM

So, first my 6 month old versa quit giving any heart rate at all. 

Went thru all the steps, factory reset down to customer support. They were nice and sent me a complementary??

replacement. So now I get a reported 198 bpm while on the treadmill which is reading 90 to 96....Is there a fix, or do I go from 0 to 200 in 5 seconds.

Hi @TexasSix , sorry to read that your replacement also has HR issues. Try this:

1. Go to the setting on your Versa and turn HR off.

2. Restart you Versa three times with the two buttons method or by going to settings - device info - shutdown.

3. Go to the settings of your Versa again and turn HR on 

4. Sync your Versa with the Fitbit app

I've been having the same problem.  It started after the firmware update.

Did the three times shutoff with HR off.  Now I"m not getting any HR.  Maybe I've died after it was at 198 bpm all day, though.
