Versa hr doesnt work and dies quickly

Whithin the past 2 days the herat on my versa has stopped working, now there is a red light on the backside where the green light is supposed to be and it dies in a matter of hours

Same! Stopped doing heary rate a week ago, and now battery dies in one day. Reset it, didnt work. Ready to go exchange it...
