Versa inaccurate steps in challenges

My sister and I my sister and I both have Versa's. We start 2 challenges per week. I start one in CST and she starts one in PST. Her steps are correct (or close) in both challenges and mine are off by 10k +. See screen shots belowIMG_2961.JPG
