Hi,
i have using a fitibit versa fore 2 months now but he stops synchronize.
I dit a complet reset of de fitbit and the fitbit app.
When i wanne make e new connection the app says he finds the fitbit versa but doesn't get any connection.
What else can i try?
Or do i have to get my fitbit to the store?

Hi, the reason for not connecting to your phone is the Factory Reset procedure. This brings your Versa back to the "in the box" state and as such acts like a new watch. You will need to do the entire setup with your phone all over again. Hope this helps.
